The Client agrees to provide The Company with a valid credit card to be kept on file. This card will be charged in the event of
damages, the hire of additional equipment, late fees and/or other incidentals. The Client hereby irrevocably authorizes The
Company to charge The Client’s credit card on file for all the foregoing charges.
The Company must notify the Client of any fees before charging the card. The Company reserves the right to charge the card on
file on confirmation from The Client or in the event they are non-responsive.
